This page is for the Decoded Training Lab app, published by Decoded Training Lab, Haw River, North Carolina. You can delete your app account from inside the app:
Your login is removed right away and you are signed out. If you cannot use the app, email us at decodedtraininglab@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Deleting your app account removes:
On past class rosters and workout results, your name is replaced with “Former App User”.
Deleting the app account does not delete your relationship with the gym. Decoded keeps the records it needs to keep as a business and under its legal obligations: your member profile, your membership and its payment records, your signed Membership Agreement, liability waiver and Code of Conduct with their electronic-signature records and executed copies, and your class history. These are not shown to other members. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them.
Your gym membership, its agreement and its billing continue after you delete the app account. Deleting the account does not cancel an active membership or contract, and it does not end any payments you owe. To cancel your membership, follow the terms of your Membership Agreement: tell us in person at the gym or by email. If you later want to use the app again, contact us; we can allow your existing membership to be reconnected to a new login.
